Terms of Service

1. About the Service

Pallet Planner (PaletPlaner, referred to below as the "Service" or "we") is a web-based tool for calculating the optimal layout of cut parts on pallets and layers, based on uploaded DXF and/or CSV files containing the parts' outlines and dimensions. The Service is provided by Ivo Pengezov, an individual based in Finland (the "Provider").

2. Subscriptions and free trial

The Service offers two paid monthly subscription plans — Basic and Pro — each including a 7-day free trial. Billing is monthly and renews automatically until cancelled by the user. Payments and subscription management are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account in the Service, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future billing from the next renewal period; amounts already paid are not automatically refunded — see our Refund Policy.

4. Demo / free access

Outside of paid subscriptions, the Service offers a limited free demo mode (up to a set number of parts per file), available with a registered account and no subscription.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without any warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the results for any particular purpose. The calculated pallet layout is a recommendation and does not replace the user's own verification and judgment before production. The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable European Union law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved out of court falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Finnish courts.

7. Changes to these terms

The Provider reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
